With the year coming to an end (how crazy is that?!) I’ve been looking back at the last 12 months and am SO thankful for how far Clean Food Crush has come since I started this Clean Eating Online Community many years ago.

I’m grateful for all of you wonderful CRUSHers and the opportunity to do what I love: help people reach their health goals and create and share delicious recipes.

I’ve been able to do both of these things through all the incredible programs we’ve released throughout the years. The 30-Day Challenge, in particular, has changed thousands of lives and helped tens of thousands of people reach goals that might have seemed impossible.
